GQ40/50/60 Rebar Cutting Machine:
BDJD Rebar Cutting Machines are designed to cut the common carbon steel rod, hot rolled steel, deformed bar, flat steel,
square steel and angle steel in machine processing and construction projects.
Characteristics:
1)26mm thickened cutting blade to prolong its service life.
2)Two positioning holes on cutting blade for stabilization.
3)Each edge of the cutting blade can be used,save consumables.
4)The pressing plate for cutting blade is thickened.
5)Machine head is solid casting with high strength nodular cast iron, so it is more robust.
6)Equipped with machine base,convenient for fixing and transportation.
7)Inner gears and shafts are forged and service life is longer.
8)Copper wire motor could reach rated power and ensure the stable quality.
9) Good lubrication property,adopt enclosed gear box, use gear splashing to realize lubrication. It could continuous work over one
month after adding 8KG gear oil.
10) Less loss because of the lubrication improvement. The gear section adopts rolling bearing, less resistance. Compared with
same type cutting machine, load can be reduced by 1/3.
11)Easy to move and maintain.
