Stitch System: The design of the carriage is engineered to be built upon 4 angle supporting design. Stitch quality is controlled independently by stepping motors attached with stitch cam within carriage.
Pressing Cam: TL-252S pressing cam can knit, tuck, rest; Or transfer, receive, rest or coarse stitch, fine stitch, or rest in the simultaneous course. The device allows knit-tuck-miss or "transfer-receiving-miss" of "coarse-stitch, tight stitch & miss" at the same course.
CAD Design System: All knitting parameters controlling stitch, speed, tension, and other knitting characteristics can be entered into CAD system for programming.
Operation Design: Machine is equipped with unique touch-panel operation, all parameters are clearly displayed in the panel screen, and adjustable whenever required.

6. The high-quanlity batching roller system, the soft upper roller traction which is specially designed, can ensure the posotion closes to the mouth of needle plate and improve the high quality batching control on the fabrics；
7. New type sinker control technology is not need manual adjustment . It greatly reduced the floating when yarn take down and reduced missed stitch when do transfer, thus the qualification rate has improved greatly.
